A.S.K camp.

Credits to Sarah and Megan and those involved in photographing this camp.

So this is a really late post, it's something that happened months ago. Haha, but well, here i am, typing my experience that i had on A.S.K camp.

This is a Christian camp organised by the student of Catholic Student Society, UTAR.

The participants weren't much, but that's one of the benefits of it, you can know each other well because the circle is not too big. It's a 3 days 2 nights camp.

From this camp, i learned some new stuff, played some awesome game, know some new friends, and had great times together with all those awesome people who participated in the camp. All in all, thank God for bringing us together. :)

Registration booth.

Respective name tags.

We went there by bus, so practically everyone were there at the same time.

Here's me and my brother (yellow shirt) registrating ourselves.

The little booklet i'm holding contains of what activities we're gonna do for this 3 days 2 nights etc etc.

Committee seniors.
From left Samuel, Sarah, Samantha, Cecelia and Cynthia.
So many S and Cs. haha.

We were brought to our dorms, girls one dorm and guys one dorm. We set up our own mattress and it's a simple mattress on the floor, it actually is a whole new experience for people who are too used to "comfortable". But overall, it was okay. :)

The participants. We sat down listening to the Emcees.

There were some introductions and ice breaking going on.
Everyone introduced their name, course, hometown, status, and adjective for their names. ETC ETC.
It was a great laugh.

We had Taize prayers. Although i gotta admit i was really sleepy during the period of the prayers. :( :( I'm so sorry.

They decorated it very beautifully. It was like candlelight dinner. Very romantic. HAHA.

There's a new member who joined us before the taize prayer session.

DAY 2.

It wasn't the usual MORNING EXERCISE stretching all. It was dancing the camp song. I enjoyed it very very much. Especially with the weather so cooling and the beautiful view. I gotta admit that Kampar have beautiful view, mountains and trees. This place is just pure beauty.

And then, we had breakfast.
Here's me and the brother.

Praise and worship.

Shoulder to shoulder.
I was actually having sore throat that few days, and it was TERRIBLE, i spoke like a crow. My voice is a total messed up. :'(

Prayers.

The worship group.
They sang really well.

And there's this guy who sell us books about christians, marriage, etc etc.

And there were a series of talks. Here's one of it about sex education.
There were sharing session and more, and i gotta say it's a total benefit to us.

They were the "example" XD
